First phase of Foxglove Meadows launches in Witley!

17 February 2020

Langham Homes is thrilled to announce the release of the first phase of its new development Foxglove Meadows, set in the quaint Surrey village of Witley near Godalming.  Surrounded by Surrey Heathland and countryside, each of the eighteen 2, 3- and 4-bedroom homes has been designed to reflect the local vernacular of this charming Surrey idyll.

Witley itself is located in the borough of Waverley, 2.6 miles south west of the town of Godalming and 6.6 miles south west of the larger town of Guildford.  It lies just east of the A3 between Guildford and Petersfield so is ideally placed for fast links to the motorway network. There are two stations on the Portsmouth Direct Line that serve Witley: Witley Station located to the south in Wormley and Milford Station to the north.  From Witley there is a journey time of just under an hour into London Waterloo.

Each home at Foxglove Meadows boasts an open plan kitchen/breakfast area with easy access to the rear garden.  Kitchens incorporate stunning units with contrasting Quartz worktops and include a range of quality appliances.  Both the main bathroom and ensuite are contemporary in design with clean, white sanitaryware and elegant chrome fittings.  Parking has also been carefully considered with either two spaces or a garage and one space to every home as well as several visitor parking spaces allocated throughout the development.

Tony K. Pidgley, Managing Director of Langham Homes comments: “The launch of Foxglove Meadows in this tranquil setting has been eagerly anticipated.  It brings to the area a selection of 2, 3- & 4-bedroom properties, including five affordable homes, that all feature a superlative specification combining country-style with state-of-the-art technology and we are confident they will be extremely sought after”.

Prices for the first release of 3-bedroom homes start at £575,000.  Please contact selling agent Masella Coupe in Godalming on 01483 418777.
