Langham Homes Bucks the Trend in Tough Housing Market

25 November 2019

Windsor-based developer Langham Homes is delighted to report continued sales despite the current uncertainty in the property market due to Brexit and the upcoming General Election.  In the past fortnight, four new sales have been achieved; two at The Exchange in New Malden and two at Pavilion Park, East Molesey.

Tony Pidgley, Managing Director of Langham Homes says “The latest statistics concerning the property market in the UK don’t make for comfortable reading.  In the year to September 2019, London and the South East, which are our key areas of operation, have seen the largest annual price falls and a slump in new sellers putting their homes on the market.

When you’re a small developer, uncertainty in the housing market can certainly have a catastrophic effect on your business.  It’s reassuring to know that our properties continue to sell and buck the trend in a difficult and unpredictable market”.

Langham Homes is actively looking for land for redevelopment in South East London, Surrey and Berkshire.  Please contact Tony Pidgley directly on 01344 882605.
