Windsor-based bespoke developer, Langham Homes Ltd has announced the appointment of Dominic Parker as Land Director.
Dominic has a long-established pedigree in property development working with many prestigious, private companies throughout his career. Most recently Dominic ran his own dynamic, property company where he focussed on multi-faceted land acquisitions including a site with a large hotel complex. Previous to that, he worked with the established regional housebuilder Shanly Homes Ltd and a high-profile Urban Regeneration Company based in Central London. In his new role with Langham Homes, Dominic will deploy his wealth of skills and expertise to secure land in premier and sustainable locations with an established infrastructure to develop a diverse range of new properties.

Identifying and securing land in the south east & Greater London, Surrey and Berkshire is of course challenging and rewarding and I am enjoying being part of the Langham Homes’ team”.

Dominic lives in Weybridge and he enjoys mountaineering, both in the British Isles and further afield. He is setting his sights high with his next challenge, looking to scale the Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, amongst other intrepid travel plans.
